I use DBS Bank's Ideal 3 platform for online banking.

DBS recently introduced a new Bulk Payment function. I found it difficult and troublesome to use, compared to the old function. The new function has more features but require more input to be entered. I don't need the new function but I was forced to spend more time.

DBS Bank announced that the old function would be removed in a few months' time.

Why does DBS Bank want to introduce a new function that is more troublesome and difficult to use?
