Excellent customer service from Oppo
I need to get support from Oppo regarding their mobile phone.
I search Google for "Oppo support" and immediately received the webpage shown below.
It provided me an option to send an e-mail.
I chose that option and came to an online form shown below. It asked for my name, email, subject and content.
I was able to provide the required information within 1 minute and send the enquiry.
The screenshot below shows screenshots of the excellent customer service format used by OPPO.
I receive an email reply from OPPO's customer service officer within a few hours. It was easy for me to communicate with them. I expect that they will find an answer for me quite quickly.
The method adopted from most organizations in Singapore is terrible. I find the method adopted by Oppo, and a few other companies from China, to be excellent.
I hope that the people in charge in Singapore can change their process. I have provided them with my feedback for many years, but nobody cares.
