Govt dept Criminal Breach of Trust by Shared Bike Operator
I suggest that the Attorney General should take an action against the shared bike operator (oBike) for criminal breach of trust in using the customer's deposits to repay the loan to their principal. 

The customer's deposits are placed in trust with the company to cover the use of the shared bicycle by the customer and should not be misused to repay off a loan to a related company.

A senior lawyer told me that this depends on the terms and conditions of the contract. I agree that the AG chambers can study the T&C before taking action.
