Out of the box Give a meaningful contribution
I put in much effort to think through a problem and to suggest how to improve a situation. 

Here is how you can give a meaningful contribution:

a) Study the points carefully

b) Look for the points that you agree and give your support. Give your reasons, where possible.

c) Ignore the points that you are not clear about. It is not helpful to misinterpret a suggestion and disagree with it.

d) If you have to disagree over a point that you are clear about, put your  view forward respectfully and give your reason. Do not give the impression of passing judgment over the other view. 

I hope that more people can come forward and give a meaningful contribution to a new idea, so that it can gather sufficient support for a change to be made.
