DBS Bank has a ridiculous system of communication

I faced problem with a transfer using PayNow and a topup to my PayLah.

I sent a message to DBS Bank at their website. 

They replied to me after two days. I did not get the reply by e-mail. Instead, I was asked to login to their website and retrieve the reply.

I did. After going through the trouble of entering my user ID, password and token number, I could not find the place where DBS stores their replies. 

Why does DBS Bank have to adopt this ridiculous system? Why can't they communicate by e-mail? The information is not secret. 

DBS Bank is following the ridiculous approach of government agencies in handling communications with their customers.
