Ministry of Home Affairs Stop discriminating ex convicts
I read that a person, who had served his sentence for a criminal offense, was not able to get a license to be a security guard due to his previous conviction.

The Ministry of Home Affairs should set an example to help ex convicts who had served this sentence in getting back into society. 

Although there is a risk of recurrence of the previous crime, the risk is quite small. The ex convict had paid the price and would be careful to avoid a future conviction.
