Transport Operators Promote use at retail outlets
I suggest that EZ Link should promote its use at many retail outlets. Many people do not realize that it can be used.  EZ Link should also provide an mobile app for the merchant to take money from the EZ Link card. This will avoid the heavy cost for a merchant to install a device to transact on EZ Link.
