Employ contract inspectors to check for mosquito breeding

I suspect that we have a mosquito problem due to the large numbers of construction sites.

Households can also be contributing to this problem.

NEA is probably overwhelmed and cannot cope with the inspection work.

I suggest that they engage contract inspectors, give them training, and ask them to visit houses and inspect for mosquito.

These contract inspectors cannot issue summons. However, they can give advice to the residents.

They can also report the errant houses, so that the full time inspector can make a follow up visit.

They might even use a drone to inspect water in the roof.

I am sure that this approach will be appreciated. It will also give job opportunities.
