Trump Kim Summit in Singapore

Can any financially wise person enlighten me? How can a one day summit cost a whopping $20m? The security personnel are fixed costs. They are paid whether or not they are involved in this summit. The accommodation, food and drinks.... logically should not be a whopping $20m. Will there be any cost breakdown to analyse? If the cost of a one day summit can cost $20m, what will happen if Singapore is to host a one month event like World Cup or Olympics? And Vivian BalaKrishnan has a history of overspending.
