Banks So much hassle to use DBS Remit
I wanted to send some money to a manufacturer in China through DBS Remit.

I have to create an payee by providing the bank code (CNAP number) and account number. I have to enter the full name of the recipient in English and in Chinese, the NRIC of the recipient and the full address.

I do not have the ability to type the name in Chinese. I do not have the NRIC of the recipient - as it is a company. The full address is long, and cannot fit into the space provided by DBS.

If I pay by PayPal, I only need to give the email address. That is all. But PayPal charges USD 15, which I is exorbitant. So I went to DBS, but they made it impossible for me to use their service. 

Why does DBS need all of these "rubbish". Surely, the bank code and account code is sufficient? I am convinced that the person who design this system is an idiot.
