Covid-19 crisis Do not over react to the small community cases
30 cases a day (mostly mild) in Singapore is not alarming. Malaysia has 6,800 cases a day. India has 300,000 cases a day.

However, when we over react by closing schools, workplaces and food outlets, we cause a panic among our people. Other countries also panic and close their borders, green lanes and travel bubbles.

Our risk is actually quite low as only 3 patients are in ICU.

We only need to panic when our ICU beds start to fill up. We are a long way from this critical situation.

We should remain calm and not over react, causing a large damage to our economy and international reputation.

Many people worry that if we do not take strong measures, the situation can get out of control.
