Covid-19 crisis Protect the elderly people from the virus

I guess that they are preparing to remove the circuit breaker from the general population and focus the attention with the elderly population.

I have advocated this strategy all along. I find the circuit breaker to be unnecessary, unwise and wasteful. I find the extension of the circuit breaker to be "insane".

It is better to let the younger people to be exposed to the virus, so that they can gain immunity. The virus will not harm them.

My observation is supported by the experience with the foreign workers. Although more than ten thousand have been infected, only a small proportion need hospital treatment and a handful need intensive care.

The circuit breaker has actually been harmful. By shielding the younger people from the virus, they do not have the chance to gain immunity. The outbreak will last longer. However, it will not cause much harm to them.
