Contact details are not sensitive
I do not worry about posting my bank account, mobile number or email address online, because I consider that these information are not sensitive.

I also consider my postal address to be not sensitive. If anyone wants to harm me physically, they do not need to get my postal address online. They can get it from the delivery person.

In the case of a bank account, the scammer is not able to take money from the account because they have to provide the password and the 2FA code. The security is quite safe. The scammer, or any member of the public, is welcomed to credit money into my bank account.

My mobile number and email address are already public information. I receive contacts from strangers but I always asked them to introduce themselves by giving their full name, age and occupation. If they do not introduce themselves, I blocked them.

I get spam mail sent to my email inbox, but I ignore them. I only look out for the legitimate mail sent to me. Sometimes, I missed them due to the spam. It is unavoidable. I am able to handle the unwanted messages.

Some people keep warning me that I have exposed my phone number, email address, bank account or physical address. I told them that it is not necessary. They did not think about the real risk, which does not exist.

Indeed, I feel more stressed by their good intention, because I felt obliged to reply to them. I wished that they do not stress me with their paranoia.
