Out of the box Give up a child for adoption
If a family is in financial distress and is not able to provide for their children, it is better for them to give a child for adoption by other parents who can better provide for the child.

I share this story of a wealthy family who have adopted children.

Mr. and Mrs. X had three sons. They wanted a daughter very much. 

They got to know of a family who had a daughter that they were not able to raise. The adopted the daughter and treated her very well, very much like their own.

The adopted children treated her adopted parents as their real parents, and did not want to contact her biological parents. 

One of their sons married but could not have any children. Mr and Mrs X found a daughter for them to adopt. They raised the daughter very much like their own.

It does not really matter who the biological parents are. The child will learn to be part of the family of their adopted parents. Some may want to know their biological parents out of curiosity, but they know that it is the adopted parents that love and raise them.

We should be more open to the concept of adoption. It is a good way to give a better life to children from poor families and to remove the financial stress to their actual parents.

In the old days, many poor families give their children for adoption by wealth families. It worked well.
