Dinner/ karaoke at Eclipse & Talk on JB Properties - Sat 21 June



Many Singaporeans expressed an interest in properties in Johor Bahru, but they have many questions on available properties in the market and the legal and other issues involved in buying the property. 

I have invited Danny Chen to give a talk and also to answer these questions.  Danny has a background in IT engineering and has worked in a multinational IT firm and IT Support Specialist at Country Garden’s Forest City. In September 2022, Danny made a career switch into real estate—right at the start of the RTS (Rapid Transit System) boom in Johor Bahru (JB).

Danny is focused on the CIQ and RTS inked property markets. Leveraging on his technical background and local property insights, he has helped numerous investors to secure profitable opportunities in projects near the RTS corridor.
