How can the manager monitor the performance of a staffer who work from home?

Here are the responses: (60 Votes)
58 % - Allow only staffer who do work that can be monitored by results to work from home.
28 % - The manager has to trust the staffer and does not need to monitor the performance.
13 % - Allowed only the staffer who are reliable and can be trusted to work from home.
