Immigration and Checkpoint Authority Ridiculous requirement
I received a SMS from ICA asking me to make an appointment at this website to collect my passport.

The website requires me to provide my NRIC and FILE REFERENCE NO.

Why do they need the file reference number? If it is important, why did they not give me the file reference number in their SMS?

We have a very bad government and civil service. It is ridiculous.
