This website is developed as Proof of Concept for the Land Transport Authority, Singapore.
Bus Occupancy
It measures the bus occupancy for each service and time of day.
The data of the daily trips are analyzed and compared against the capacity for each bus service to measure the occupancy rate.
The data used in this website are simulated data (i.e. not real data)
UTB (Unable to Board)
The bus driver sends a report to the server when there is a large crowd in a bus stop and some commuters are not able to board the bus.
The dashboard shows the bus stops with the most UTB incients during the past 30 minutes.
It also ranks the bus services with the most UTB incidents.
